The technical data ublished on the web-site BadmintonLine are taken from the producer's information. BadmintonLine reserves the right to change/adapt the technical data and measures of our catalogue's products without advance notice on the basis of communications of the producers.
Availability of the products
BadmintonLine is not able to guarantee the delivery of the ordered goods, since the availability can be changed from the moment of the Online order to the BadmintonLine's receipt of the order.
Risk and Property
The goods have free delivery. In case the client wishes a sending with cash on delivery, the risk of transport passes over to the client, as soon as the goods have been handed over to the transport company.
The client has to check the integrity of the goods as well as the concordance of quantity and quality with the information on the document of transport at the moment of the receipt of goods. Any eventual discrepancy has to be noted on the document of transport and has to be faxed or send with registered mail with return receipt to the responsible salesperson of BadmintonLine within seven days after the receipt of goods.
In case of an undamaged packaging, the goods have to be checked within seven days after their receipt. Eventual discrepancies have to be communicated per fax or per registered mail with return receipt. Every claim after above time limit will not be considered. The client is completely liable for any declaration.
Orders
Orders are exclusively accepted in a written form, or per fax or via internet (online). The client who orders via internet received at the end of the process an order confirmation via email with the corresponding order number. In case the order number does not appear after some minutes, the order has to be regarded as not accepted rightfully, or for accounting or administrative reasons or because of absence of goods..
Prices
The prices on the web-site are VAT-inc. The prices can be changed at any moment and without advance notice. |
